With this session I want to give you the opportunity to pause, connect with your child, come to rest and consciously take time for your pregnancy.
The Belly Painting can be part of a Mother Blessing Ceremony, a celebration with the closest women to you who have accompanied you in life and will continue to shape you later as a mother.
Before the painting I will determine the position of your child with the help of Leopold's Hand Movements and listen to its heart sounds with the Pinar.
By jointly feeling and recognizing the child's movements, a contact with your child can be established and the connection strengthened.
With the help of tips and tricks in everyday life, the child's position in the belly can be positively influenced in the last third of pregnancy (Spinning Babies).
These promote an upright posture as well as regular movement during pregnancy and bring the changed body balance back to center.
The knowledge of "how my baby lies in my belly" can be an important resource later for the birth to facilitate the understanding and implementation of different birth positions.
A colorful belly painting should bring joy to you as parents-to-be and celebrate this wonderful and unique stage of life in its own way.
